Official KDA Information Brochure

The Kuratorium Deutsche Altershilfe (KDA) has published the official brochure "Information on Labour Migration into Care in Germany." CuraPersonal publishes this brochure in its original, unaltered form โ€” in the most current version available โ€” as a free download. It is provided in German and all languages relevant to our recruitment countries. Every candidate receives this brochure at no cost, with documented proof of delivery, at least 7 days before signing any placement contract.

02

What the Brochure Covers

Regulated professions, training and career opportunities in German nursing; current labour market situation and fields of work; immigration pathways, bureaucratic requirements, and responsible authorities; publicly funded migration and integration counselling; recognition procedures and compensatory measures under the Nursing Professions Act; language levels (CEFR), required certifications, and quality criteria for language courses.

03

Rights & Social Security

The brochure also covers social security including pension, health, long-term care, and unemployment insurance; employee rights including contracts, termination, leave, working time, and co-determination; and neutral counselling on migration, discrimination, consumer protection, and labour law. All content is independently produced โ€” never altered, summarised, or filtered by CuraPersonal.
